Conncecting You to Jewish Life on Oseh Shalom's Website Oseh Shalom is now linked to a website called www.PlanitJewish.com. Visit us under the Baltimore city site. Then clink to “Organizations”, click to “Synagogues”, click to “O” (for Oseh Shalom) and there we are!! This website is an interactive online calendar for events, classes, programs, fundraisers and volunteer opportunities. It tells you where to go and what you can do in the Jewish community. You can now look us up on the site in so many ways. Put in a date and the site will tell you what is going on in the Baltimore/Laurel Jewish community. Take a look for yourself!!! And, you can sign up for events that are sponsored by Oseh Shalom. For example, several of our members tested the website and send an RSVP for the Art Auction on PlanitJewish.com. They clicked on the event calendar for June 5 and saw the Art Auction featured. Then they clicked on the Art Auction and Planit Jewish offered the option to RSVP. The RSVP came directly to Oseh Shalom with all the information we needed, including a credit card number to pay for the event. PlanitJewish.com is only a pass through for your credit card. When we receive the information, we pass it on to Sylvia, our bookkeeper, and she bills your card. There is no permanent record left on the website. So, click on our link to PlanitJewish.com and check us out! Also, don’t forget, if you'rr planning an event at Oseh Shalom, call us and we can “link” it so members can RSVP.
