Dr. Brad Sachs workshop, part 2, The Spirituality of Children

“The Spirituality of Children, Part 2,” with psychologist and Oseh Shalom member Dr. Brad Sachs. Dr. Sachs is a psychologist, educator, consultant and best-selling author specializing in clinical work with children, adolescents, couples, and families.  According to Dr. Sachs, all children are born with a natural capacity for faith.  This workshop is a continuation of last year’s workshop and will help parents lay the groundwork for a spiritually-enriched family atmosphere that creates space for sacred moments and supports a dialogue that will enable their children to search both inside and outside of themselves for what is unique, holy and divine.  We will be focusing less on religious observance and defining God, and more on an exploration of how spiritual life can help children, and their parents, to find joy, love and meaning in a beautiful, but sometimes cruel and mystifying, world.

This is a time and date change. The session was originally scheduled for November 8 from 2:30 to 4:00 PM.
