Are even the sweat pants getting a little tight? Is six feet not far enough away for shorts weather and those flabby muscles? Oseh is offering a free Adult Strength training class for all levels with Lynne Plotnick, a personal trainer and good friend of member Beth Souba. There will be a variety of exercises for different parts of the body and for all levels of exercises. No weights needed but bring them if you have them as well as a mat or thick towel.
