Global Day of Jewish Learning Logo

Global Day of Jewish Learning is a community celebration of our heritage—brought to Howard County by the Jewish Federation and the Howard County Board of Rabbis.

This year’s theme, “Speaking Volumes,” will be explored in two different projects:

  1. The Impact of Words: Round-table discussions with community rabbis about the power of words and their impact on our lives.
  2. Resetting the Table: Collaborative conversations about Israel in the face of strong differences. This is a unique opportunity to work with trained facilitators from across the country.  Resetting the Table
Guests will experience delicious and locally sourced wine and fine food in our beautiful sukkah. Learn about ingredients available in our area, how to acquire them, and discover food preparation techniques.

To sign up for Resetting the Table, you will need a code provided by your congregational rabbi or through the Federation’s Program Director, whom you can contact here.
