Drawing on his over 15 years of meditation experience, in this class Rabbi Josh will focus on Jewish mindfulness meditation as well as other Jewish meditative practices that deepen our capacity to feel grounded and fully present in our lives, even in the midst of the busyness that surrounds us. The class will develop a supportive community of practice that will help you incorporate the profound benefits of meditation into your life for greater peace, insight, and joy. No previous experience required–this class is even for people who think they can’t meditate!  Please pre-register: (rabbi.josh18@gmail.com).
