Tonight, to take us into the mood of the High Holy Days and thinking about what we are doing with our precious lives, we’ll watch this wonderfully inspiring film about one person who used his life exceptionally well. A towering figure in American Jewish life, Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel was also a key co-conspirator of Dr. Martin Luther King during the Civil Rights Movement.  We’ll begin with havdalah at 7:30pm, followed by the film, discussion and our traditional selichot desserts, followed by a selichot service.

Join us either in person or via Zoom for a Selichot service portion only.
