Saturday Shabbaton – Camp Fire Night

We encourage you to also come to a very special event Saturday night to complete this mini-Shabbaton.

Saturday evening will be Camp Fire Night! We will have stories, songs, activities, s’mores and more. Please bring your own lawn chairs and dinners. Due to Covid it is not a potluck. Please wear masks.

CAMP FIRE NIGHT SCHEDULE

  • 6-6:30 p.m. Dinner, a camp fire, gaga, hula-hoops, and badminton. Feel free to bring your own games and instruments as well.
  • 6:30-6:45 p.m. S’mores
  • 6:45-730 p.m. Songs, Stories, and Activities led by Student Rabbi Faryn and Tim Livengood
  • 7:30-8 p.m. Havdallah Led by Your Congregational Rabbis

WHAT IF THERE’S INCLEMENT WEATHER SATURDAY NIGHT? Since it will be Shabbat there will NOT be an email out about cancellations. INSTEAD please check the weather channel app on your phone – if there is a 40% chance of rain or higher for the hours of the event (6-8pm), the event will be cancelled. Thank you.
