Many of us encounter the siddur just when we are in services and are being “led” through the service. We will take time to get “up close and personal” with the familiar prayers as well as the many that we do not normally encounter. You will come away with a sense of what speaks to you, an understanding of the flow of services, and tools for how to find connection during services, whether you’re following along with the prayer leader or not.

*Materials needed: a hard copy (preferred) or electronic copy (if you can’t get a hard copy) of Kol HaNeshama- Shabbat and Holidays (our siddur). Please contact the office if you would like to borrow or purchase a siddur if you do not have one at home. No prior background with the siddur/prayerbook is necessary.
