Start your day with the grounding, peace and sense of presence that meditation provides. Every Tuesday, we’ll have a lightly guided meditation for 20-25 minutes, as well as a short teaching or song. You don’t need previous meditation experience, though that is certainly helpful. Join via Zoom.
