Rabbis Daria and Josh Jacobs-Velde

Rabbis Daria and Josh Jacobs-Velde welcome you to our Jewish home and Shabbat and festival services

Oseh Shalom is a place to delve deeper into faith.  Whether you come from a traditional Jewish family or are new Judaism, you have a place here. Our synagogue offers a range of ways to explore spirituality from traditional Friday evening services and Shabbat morning services with Torah study, to services exploring chanting and Jewish meditation as ways to delve deeper and shut off the rest of the week.

If you love music, be sure to look for weeks our Ruach band is playing on Friday nights.  The first Friday of each month is family night.  Services start a  half hour earlier at 7:30 on Friday and are preceded by a relaxing community potluck. Our kitchen is kosher. See our kashrut policy for details.

We have also offered a 5 pm Sababa Shabbat Service once a  month for our youngest members, filled with movement and games.  All our Friday night services are followed by an Oneg, social time, with lots of wonderful desserts and fresh fruit.  Come explore with us and find a place of peace and calmness in the hectic world.  Shabbat is the gift of time. Come and enjoy it. If you are sick, traveling or home, join us via our high quality stream.
